Shipping Policy

Thank you for shipping with Rarekix.com! Below are our shipping terms and conditions. Before purchasing, please read them carefully.

ITS FREE DELIVERY ON ALL MOST ALL ORDERS IN THE UK - Meaning the postage and packaging is included in the the total price of the order, however some of our suppliers do charge for postage but this is usually to other countries out of the EU. (There are no other hidden charges)

All order are processed the same or next working days ~(Excluding weekends) Then after that it usually takes between 4 - 7 working days to arrive depending on our suppliers terms and location. In most cases it will be with you within 5 days however please leave up to 28days especially if you do not like in UK. We only say give it 28 days to be safe but you will usually receive your package in less than a week. If it hasn't arrived by this time we will either refund you, chase up your item and resend with a discount. The choice is yours, however this is at the very unlikely case that this should happen as all our orders are 99.9% dispatched successfully!

If you live outside the UK you may have to pay VAT on you're order but this will be shown to you before you order THERE ARE NO HIDDEN FEES!

Return & Exchange Policy

If in the unlikely case you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason what so ever, we would be more than happy to give you a full refund. As we work with different suppliers the process and timeframe could differ but either way we will make sure you are refunded as we want to keep our customers happy.

 

If for some reason you have been sent the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct one immediately and also send you a 10% discount promo code off your next order with Rarekix.com/ Again this very rarely happens.

Please read carefully

 

  • All sneakers must be returned in their original condition with the sneaker box if they came with one, some suppliers don't supply the box! Please bare this in mind before ordering thankyou. The reason for this is usually to make more space in their warehouses and making shipping easier, especially if its free delivery. And an outer box for protection purposes. Any returns sent back without the original outer box may be refused and sent back to the customer if damaged.

  • If your return is not accepted you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.

  • Any item purchased in a sale, or with a promotional code are only eligible for store credit.

  • You have 14 days from the date your order was received to return the item back to us as we need to then return it to the supplier so you will need to remember your order details. You will be charged a returns fee based on your location, and providing your refund follows our refund policy, you will receive a full refund excluding the initial delivery fee, vat if it was applied to the total order. We are not responsible for these charges.

  • Please remember that for each order, you are only able to create one label. In the instance an order arrives in multiple packages, we would advise that you wait for all of your items to arrive before making a return.

  • If an item is returned without the original zip tie and tag, we reserve the right to withhold a refund. This policy is in place to guarantee the quality and authenticity of our products. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this tagging policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the highest standards for our products.

     

 

How do I create a return?

  • You can create a return online by clicking here. Please also make a note of your order number and order details, this is vital as we need to track down and return to the individual supplier. Also we need to know the reason for returning and place it inside the outer undamaged protective box of your return, should it come with one.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected we will then return it to our supplier. Once they have refunded us we can refund you, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by either us Rarekix or our supplier.

  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. (Also some refunds will receive a promo code to spend in the Rarekix store as a good will gesture)
